What makes your systems different from standard water filters?
The Filter system is installed at your home's entry point, protecting every water outlet. Unlike other 10-inch home filters, we use watermark-approved 20-inch filter cartridges in a triple-phase system. This delivers 0.5-micron filtration across your entire home, not just a single tap.
What about water pressure and flow rate?
The FilterPod maintains full household pressure (500kPa) despite its comprehensive triple filtration. Our oversized 20-inch cartridges ensure optimal flow while delivering superior filtration, unlike smaller systems that compromise pressure for performance.
How does the filter subscription work?
We monitor your system's performance and automatically ship replacement filters when needed. Our scheduling accounts for your household size and local water quality to ensure optimal filtration.
Does the FilterPod system work with tank/rain water?
The current FilterPod system is meant only for mains water use. Tank and bore water require UV anti-microbial treatment to make it potable. We continue to work on new products, including tank and bore water filtration.

Does the FilterPod system Filter Out Flouride and PFAS?
Yes and No. Fluoride is an exceptionally small element. Our 0.5 Micron stage can remove some fluoride and PFAs (which range in size), however for total removal we encourage homeowners install the FilterPod Filter alongside the RO100 UnderSink system for exceptional drinking water.
Does the FilterPod system filter out Chlorine and Chloramine?
Yes. Chlorine and Chloramine are common disinfectants used in Australia. Both can cause skin irritation and in serious cases eczema. Our 0.5 micron stage is specifically designed to remove chloramine and chlorine from your whole home water supply.
Does the FIlterPod system soften water?
FilterPod is designed to reduce chlorine, sediment, and impurities across your whole home, improving water quality and feel. For areas with extreme hard water, we’re currently developing dedicated softener tanks to deliver advanced scale reduction and protection.
Will I notice a difference in my water?
Yes. Many of our customers notice an immediate difference in water texture, odour, and taste. Soft, clean water has a different composition to unfiltered hard water.
